Pultruded T-Bar FRP Grating

Pultruded T-Bar FRP Grating is a high-strength fiberglass grating designed for demanding industrial applications. Featuring pultruded T-shaped bearing bars, it provides excellent load-bearing performance, corrosion resistance, and long-span capability while remaining lightweight and easy to install.
Availability:

Pultruded T-Bar FRP Grating is manufactured using the pultrusion process, in which continuous fiberglass reinforcements are saturated with resin and pulled through a heated die to form T-shaped bearing bars. The bearing bars are then mechanically assembled with cross rods to create a strong and durable grating panel.

The T-bar profile offers increased bearing surface and enhanced structural stability, making it suitable for applications requiring higher load capacity and reliable performance. Combined with the inherent advantages of FRP, including corrosion resistance, lightweight construction, and low maintenance, Pultruded T-Bar FRP Grating is an ideal alternative to traditional steel grating.
