Serrated Swaged-locked Aluminum Grating is manufactured by mechanically swaging cross bars into pre-punched serrated bearing bars under high pressure, creating a rigid, flush, and aesthetically pleasing panel. The serrated surface provides enhanced slip resistance, making it ideal for wet, oily, or outdoor environments where pedestrian safety is critical.
Compared with plain aluminum grating, the serrated bearing bars significantly improve traction while maintaining the lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and maintenance-free advantages of aluminum.
