FRP Pultruded Channels are produced by continuously pulling fiberglass reinforcements through a thermosetting resin system and a heated die to form a precise C-shaped profile. This manufacturing process ensures consistent quality, excellent mechanical strength, and outstanding dimensional stability.
Compared with traditional metal channels, FRP Channels provide exceptional resistance to corrosion, chemicals, moisture, and UV exposure while requiring minimal maintenance. Their lightweight design also reduces transportation costs and simplifies installation, making them suitable for a wide range of structural and industrial applications.
